Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and App Lane OÜ ("we," "us," or "Company") regarding your use of AirHRM. By downloading, installing, or using AirHRM, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use AirHRM. If you are under the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm that a parent or guardian has consented to these Terms on your behalf.

License

AirHRM is licensed, not sold. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use AirHRM on Apple devices you own or control, subject to Apple's App Store terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of AirHRM or its content.

Subscription

AirHRM requires an annual subscription after a free trial period where offered. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your Apple ID account is charged through the App Store. Refunds follow Apple policy. Manage or cancel your subscription at iOS Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.

Health Disclaimer

AirHRM is intended for general fitness and wellness purposes only. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Heart rate measurements provided by the app may not be completely accurate and must not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice or in emergency situations.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making health-related decisions. You use AirHRM's health monitoring features at your own risk. App Lane OÜ is not responsible for any health-related decisions made based on data provided by the app.

Service Availability

AirHRM is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The app may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues beyond our control. We are not responsible for any damages resulting from downtime or service interruptions.

Third-Party Services

AirHRM integrates with Apple services including HealthKit, ActivityKit (Live Activities), the App Store, Bluetooth on compatible receivers, and may rely on device-specific behavior of third-party equipment. Those services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party hardware, firmware, or policy changes.

Intellectual Property

All content, code, and materials included in or made available through AirHRM are the exclusive property of App Lane OÜ and its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

Disclaimer of Warranties

AirHRM is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, beyond what is required by applicable law. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, App Lane OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use AirHRM. Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for AirHRM in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless App Lane OÜ and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of AirHRM.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to AirHRM if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to other users or our business. You may stop using AirHRM at any time by deleting it from your devices. Sections covering intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and indemnification survive any termination.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining Terms will continue in full force.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Zurich, Switzerland. Any disputes arising from your use of AirHRM are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
